Nbatickets LLC operates as the payment facilitator and legal merchant of record for all consumer transactions on GAMETICKETHUB.COM. By accessing the Platform, purchasing tickets, or using our digital gate passes, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Platform Role: GAMETICKETHUB.COM is an independent secondary ticket marketplace and event visualization platform. Nbatickets LLC acts as an independent marketplace facilitator connecting ticket purchasers with secondary market ticket allocations. Nbatickets LLC is not the primary box office, venue operator, promoter, or an official property of the National Basketball Association (NBA) or any NBA member franchise.

Ticket Sourcing: Tickets made available on this Platform are secondary resale allocations sourced from verified sellers, including: (a) verified season ticket holders and personal seat license (PSL) owners; (b) licensed professional ticket brokers and commercial resale entities; and (c) corporate sponsors and institutional hospitality programs. Ticket prices on this secondary exchange reflect real-time market demand and may be above or below the original face value printed on the ticket.

Binding Guarantee: While original allocations originate from verified secondary sources, Nbatickets LLC provides the direct, legally binding 100% Buyer Guarantee for all transactions. Nbatickets LLC takes full responsibility for payment authorization, gate authenticity verification, turnstile delivery, customer service, dispute resolution, and 100% refunds under our guarantee.

All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). The total price displayed on the checkout screen includes the ticket purchase price, all applicable service fees, and taxes before you authorize payment. By submitting payment details, you authorize Nbatickets LLC or its designated PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways (including Viva Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) to charge your payment method for the full authorized order amount.

Orders are confirmed immediately upon successful fraud verification and 3D Secure 2.0 Strong Customer Authentication (SCA). All tickets are issued as gate-ready digital passes accessible via your user dashboard, registered email confirmation, and instant 1-tap save to Apple Wallet (.pkpass) and Google Wallet. Physical ticket delivery is not required. Each mobile pass contains a cryptographic verification token and dynamic optical gate presentation engineered for arena turnstiles.

All ticket sales on GAMETICKETHUB.COM are final once authorized, except as expressly provided in our 100% Buyer Guarantee:

• Permanently Cancelled Events: If an NBA game is officially cancelled without a rescheduled date, buyers automatically receive a full 100% refund of the total purchase amount, including 100% of all service fees and taxes. Refunds are initiated within 5 to 7 business days without requiring buyer action.
• Postponed or Rescheduled Events: If an event is postponed or rescheduled, original tickets remain 100% valid for entry on the new date. Orders are non-refundable for rescheduled events unless the rescheduled date is subsequently cancelled.
• Turnstile Failure / Invalidation / Duplication Protocol: If a ticket barcode is rejected at the turnstile, already scanned, duplicated, or not delivered prior to tip-off:
  1. Immediate Replacement: Our game-day operations team will promptly provide comparable or upgraded replacement tickets in an equal or superior section at $0 additional cost; OR
  2. 100% Full Refund: If suitable replacement seats cannot be secured, the buyer receives an immediate 100% refund covering the ticket face value and 100% of all service fees.
• Claim Deadlines & Required Evidence: To claim under the turnstile guarantee, the buyer must email disputes@gametickethub.com within 5 calendar days following the scheduled match date with verifiable documentation: (i) a photograph of the arena turnstile scanner rejection screen; OR (ii) an official signed/stamped box office denial slip or incident report; OR (iii) venue ticketing system confirmation of barcode failure.
• Settlement Timeline: Verified refunds are credited directly to the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.

Mandatory Pre-Dispute Notification: Buyers expressly agree that prior to initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or retrieval request with their credit card issuing bank or payment network (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Viva Payments), they must submit a formal Notice of Dispute to disputes@gametickethub.com or telephone +1 (646) 316-9839.

Expedited Guarantee vs. Bank Holds: Because Nbatickets LLC provides a comprehensive 100% Buyer Guarantee with expedited 3–5 business day claim resolution, filing a premature bank chargeback delays resolution (bank investigation cycles take 30–90 days). Filing an unfounded dispute for tickets that official venue turnstile records confirm were scanned and admitted constitutes fraud. In such cases, Nbatickets LLC reserves the right to submit gate scan audit logs, cryptographic device telemetry, and IP verification records to the card issuer, suspend the buyer's account, and pursue legal recovery of disputed amounts plus administrative fees.

Users agree not to use automated bots, spiders, scrapers, or exploits to harvest ticket inventory, circumvent seat hold timers, bypass rate limits, or engage in unauthorized bulk reselling. Any attempt to tamper with our Server-Sent Events (SSE) seat stream, cryptographic verification tokens, or payment gateways will result in immediate permanent account termination and order cancellation without refund.

Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of GAMETICKETHUB.COM shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to principles of conflicts of law.

CLASS-ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND NBATICKETS LLC AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR SHALL NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS OR PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

30-Day Informal Negotiation: Before initiating arbitration, the claimant must provide written Notice of Dispute to disputes@gametickethub.com. Both parties agree to make good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute informally for 30 calendar days before initiating arbitration.

Small Claims Court: Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in New Castle County, Delaware, or in the consumer's county of residence, provided the claim falls within the jurisdictional limits of such court.
